WINEMAKING PROCESS: The Surfer Girl winemaking team is forward-thinking and value conscious, utilizing a majority of stainless steel in the winemaking process in order to retain freshness and purity. A small percentage of lightly toasted French oak is employed to add a kiss of vanilla-tinged complexity to the wine profile.
