2016 SYRAH

VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 98% Syrah, 2% Mixed Red
WINEMAKING PROCESS: Serious attention is paid to Setting Sun Syrah in the cellar. Fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel and barrels, the complexity of the wine is increased by the inclusion of 30% new oak. 
Aged for 16 months before bottling.
