WINE ADVENT CALENDAR
Let’s make a vinous wish… find us a Chardonnay that focuses on fruit but without losing the butter and vanilla character that we love. It needs to be round and creamy but yet retain a touch of vital acidity to work well with food. Most of all, it needs to be delicious and easy to drink. We blow on the dandelion... the seeds carrying our desires are scattered through the air and a gorgeous Pacific Northwest white cascades into our glass. Vibe is an elegant, pure, fresh and fun Chardonnay built for every special occasion… or none at all!
Vibe is a classic Chardonnay, ripe and forward, featuring notes of fresh orchard pears, Golden Delicious apples and subtle tropical notes on the finish. A kiss of vanilla oak and buttercream on the finish helps balance the wine.
Pair Vibe Chardonnay with:
Roast chicken in cream sauce
Smoky cheeses such as gouda

CHARDONNAY IN THE EXTREME
There is no place where grapes are grown on Earth like the Columbia Valley. The steep, barren, exposed hillsides tumble down to the mighty Columbia River in a jumbled morass of rock, sand and clay. These extreme conditions produce unique wines that feature the same ripe, fruit-forward character as found in California, but also the freshness and slight touch of acidity that are hallmarks of Old World wines.
Chardonnay loves the extended sunshine and warm weather found in this beautiful corner of Eastern Washington. The grapes seem to pick up a flavor profile borrowed from the adjacent stone fruit orchards while also expressing an exotic, tropical fruit twang. Totally unique and virtually undiscovered, we at thrilled to share Vibe's vinous bounty with you.
