POINT BLANC

It’s incredible to think of the strides that Sauvignon Blanc has made since its introduction to the virgin coastal soils of California. From the first attempts in the 1960’s to imitate the reserved, savory wines of its native France to the dizzying array of varied styles and expressions of premium quality Sauvignon Blanc wines available today, it is truly a New World success story.

 

Koi Karma originates in the optimally exposed, coastal vineyards that provide enough sunshine during the day to consistently ripen the grapes to peak maturity, while also retaining enough cool, maritime influence at night to retain critically important acidity levels to feel vibrant and fresh on the palate.

VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
WINEMAKING PROCESS: Koi Karma Sauvignon Blanc is pressed and allowed to cold-settle overnight, before being racked the following morning. Koi Karma is then fermented at cool temperatures and bottled at the peak of freshness, which permits every bottle of Koi Karma to offer a taste of California sunshine and viticultural know-how.

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 6.5g/L
