VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100% Pinot Gris
WINEMAKING PROCESS: The cool-climate, delicate grapes are handled gently during harvest. Once harvested, they are carefully loaded into the wine press and the juice is slowly extracted in order to preserve freshness and vivid fruit in the finished wine. After cold-settling, the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel so that every bottle of Coral Pinot Gris is ensured to be vibrant, crisp and aromatically effusive.
