Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are two classic red grape varieties that bring different cards to the table. Syrah produces peppery, jammy wines with spicy tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon is well known for its structure, intensity and ageability. With Aces High, we doubled down on each grape’s ability to up the ante of the blend. Aces High Syrah / Cabernet is a fruit-sweet yet spicy-savory wine that trumps the competition.

WINE PROFILE

Aces High Syrah - Cabernet Sauvignon is a brooding wine that pours a deep ruby red color with a purple hue. There is a hefty, chewy edge to the blackberry jam, dark plum, peppery bacon and black olive flavors. Finishes with waves of dark fruit, black pepper, spice and smoke.

WINEMAKING PROCESS: The Aces High team is quality-conscious at every step of the winemaking process, making sure to process each grape bunch with utmost care. Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit is fermented in state-of-the-art stainless steel tanks. The wine is allowed to mature gracefully and blended before bottling.
